Nacogdoches Housing Authority manages two affordable housing tax credit properties, Tower Village and Park Estates. Rent is based on from 30% to 60% of the median family incomes in Nacogdoches county. It is our hope that the following information will be beneficial to you in helping to decide whether you are interested in these rental units.

Currently only paper applications are accepted for these units and can be obtained at the Nacogdoches Housing Authority office 715 Summit St. Nacogdoches, TX 75961 Monday through Thursday from 12 - 5 p.m..

Tower Village
Single family houses

Tower Village is located in a quiet area off Park Street close to Mike Moses Intermediate School, the Nacogdoches Boy & Girls Club and the Housing Authority office. All 36 units have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All units have ranges and refrigerators, microwaves, central heat and air conditioning, dishwashers, washer/dryer connections and enclosed garages. Residents are responsible for paying all utility bills consisting of water and electricity. This site has a playground area for children. There are four rental units that are wheelchair accessible. Park Estates

Park Estates is located off Park Street close to Mike Moses School, the Nacogdoches Boy's and Girls Club and the Housing Authority office. There are 36 single family houses ranging in size from 3 to 4 bedrooms with two bathrooms. All units have ranges and refrigerators, microwaves, central heat and air conditioning, dishwashers, washer/dryer connections and enclosed garages.  Residents are responsible for all utilities. Four of the units are wheelchair accessible. Park Estates has an open area with covered picnic facility, playground and basketball court, which are available for resident use.
